Alright. So another thing that will be posted here is some pictures of what I call "I would rather die than write right now". When I hit the wall or whatever people call it, I bake/cook/roast/make food in some manner.

So I was trying to write yesterday (18th of Feb.) and just couldn't. So I decided to make my first Eggs Benedict. The recipe is as follows, Thanks Food Network Test Kitchens.

The picture is mine, and I have to admit, for my first hollandaise sauce, I was very pleased.
